Our Awareness Week is held annually during the the last week of August.  This is a time dedicated to raising awareness about pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma.
Our 4th Annual Pheo Para Awareness Week will run from August 21st-25th! Our theme this year is The Phuture for Pheo Para, and throughout the week we’ll be considering what the future might look like for those affected by pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma.

As always, we need your perspective and participation to make our Awareness Week video! What challenges are you facing? Do you envision them existing for patients a hundred years from now? We will use all of the video submissions to create a compilation video for our annual Awareness Week! To get started, just follow this link to download the recording instructions and a short script. The deadline for video submissions is JUNE 14th!!

Watch this space throughout the summer for updates on Awareness Week and information on how YOU can get involved!

Objectives of Awareness Week:

1. Inspire & empower pheo para constituents to tell their story

2. Raise awareness of the illness among health care providers

3. Educate pheo para patients and caregivers on the illness

4. Build understanding amongst constituents of the struggles of pheo para patients

We are #strongerunited and #pheoparaphearless!
