Receiving a pheo or para diagnosis can be isolating and scary, but we are here for you.
If you or a loved one has been recently diagnosed with pheo para (within six months), we will send you a care kit, via mail, which includes educational information on pheo para, information about our supportive programs and special goodies to help you/your loved one take care.
Limit one per household. While every kit will contain educational information on pheo/para, additional merchandise may vary, and is available while supplies last.
