All applicants of the Center of Excellence program must pay the application fee. The fee helps underwrite costs associated processing your Center of Excellence application.
Application Fee Policy
Applications are processed only after the application fee is received. The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of approval, denial or withdrawal of an application.
